"Store brand" instrument made by Gibson between 1936 and 1938 for J.W. Jenkins, a large music retailer based in Kansas City, Missouri. Similar but not identical to the Gibson EM150, as well as the Gibson EM100/EM125 made from 1938 to 1943.
