Rich and Chris are a father/son team operating as Rice Custom Guitars in Illinois. Their electric mandolin, built on an attractive cutaway violin pattern, features a flame maple neck with graphite insert; ebony fretboard; 1-piece birdseye maple body finished in oil and beeswax; and a Bill Lawrence humbucker. Reportedly it was designed with the assistance of one Christina Steinbuck.
