Mr. builds all sorts of things: bicycles, cabinets, furniture, experimental violin-family instruments, and a wide assortment of items from the mandolin family. Here's an early result, a 4-string solidbody electric octave mandolin with a 20-inch scale, two single-coil OBG blade pickups, and controls for tone and volume. Tho promises to build more such instruments.
